Step 2 · Eligibility

Before you begin

Registered entity

A business registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) — practitioners must be a corporate entity.

Valid identification

A government-issued ID (NIN / driver's licence / international passport) for the applicant or directors.

Tax compliance

A valid tax clearance certificate for the company and its directors.

Verified contact

A reachable phone number and email — every application and approval is tracked against your account.

Step 3 · Documents

Documents to prepare

Have these scanned and ready to upload before you start — it makes the application quick and avoids back-and-forth.

CAC certificate

Certificate of incorporation and status report of the company.

Tax clearance

Current tax clearance certificate for the company and directors.

Site photographs

Clear photos of the proposed site from at least four angles.

Insurance policy

Third-party insurance covering the proposed structure.

Site coordinates

GPS location of the proposed site for the state signage database.

Proof of ownership / consent

Evidence of land ownership or the landowner's written consent.

Requirements can vary by advertisement type and location. OYSAA may request additional documents during review.
